Spring is coming! It doesn't really feel that way. My fingers, I can't quite feel them! It is technically March, but let's talk about February!
What happened in Kingston?
$820,000 was the average price for Royal Lepage, who has a really great share of the market and I'm so happy to be part of them. That doesn't mean it's hard to find a house, it's sure easy to sell it, but then you're saying, well, how do we find a house?
Well, that's my job! That's my team's job! We're here in a market like this to successfully find you the transition and I know it sounds impossible and everyone's telling you, you know, it's not time to buy or sell. That's not true! Let us have the time to take you, listen to, hear what it is that you need.
