Fairway Hills

Fairway Hills can lay claim to some of Kingston’s most spectacular views of the lake. In recent years numerous condo buildings have popped up along the waterfront, allowing residents to take advantage of the scenery. Lake Ontario Park and the Marshlands Conservation Area are both within easy walking distance, ensuring the neighbourhood’s perennial appeal to both families and active retirees.
