The unique feature of Grenville Park is the strong sense of community it inspires in its residents. Developed in the mid-1940s, the parklands and recreation areas are owned and maintained by the Grenville Park Co-operative Association. The Association brings together the neighbourhood on a regular basis, ensuring that residents stay connected to their community and to each other. In addition to its impeccably maintained parklands, Grenville has direct access to the Cataraqui Creek Conservation Area, which is open year-round for bird watching, hiking, skating and snowshoeing.
