Named after the army base that is at the heart of the neighbourhood, CFB Kingston is mostly comprised of military families or students attending the Royal Military College of Canada. In addition to the amenities offered by the military base such as the large Rec & Leisure Centre, residents are close to the Garrison Golf and Curling Club and Fort Henry. The neighbourhood is within easy distance of downtown Kingston and its many events, restaurants and activities.

The Cataraqui River East neighbourhood is an eclectic mix of old and new. Kingston Mills is the first of the 24 lock stations that comprise the Rideau Canal. Built around the pristine Colonel By Lake, this picturesque neighbourhood has some of the most stunning waterfront panoramas in the city. Initially established during the construction of the Rideau Canal, Kingston Mills is an old neighbourhood with some homes dating as far back as the late 1800s. Residents are passionate about enjoying life on the water; on balmy summer days the lake brims with activity. Although the peaceful serenity of Kingston Mills can make it seem remote, downtown Kingston is only 15 minutes away.

Ravensview is a rural oasis within the greater City of Kingston, and the perfect choice for those looking to live along the St. Lawrence River.
